| The following assessment was created to measure the authenticity of your Hispanic leadership in the workplace. Just because you are a Hispanic that assumes a leadership role does not mean that you are utilizing your inherent cultural roots as sources of strength in maximizing your leadership capabilities. In today’s new workplace, leaders must touch the business just as much as they lead it. Hispanics have the unique opportunity to help reinvent America’s corporations and your ability to activate the (6) natural characteristics of Hispanic leadership allows you to be more relevant than ever before in the workplace. |
